3) End of year tax return

4) VAF1B application form

Is there any other supporting documents i need?

Is it possible to get a a settlement visa for wife, if your mum is not working and receiving housing benefit, but you are working and paying partial rent and council tax as an occupier of the property.

Permission has been given by council landlord and health letter shows there is adequate space.

Hi, i applied for a visa application for settlement in the UK for my wife who lives abroad. I live in the UK and sent the application over to her. (Pay slips from Jun09 to Dec09) After 3months they notified her and rejected the visa. On grounds of acccomodation. I sent the appeal form of within 28days.

I was living with my mum its a council property she's on full housing benefit i stated i was living there since june 1st 2009 on the appeal form. I went to the council and said i had moved in june 1st 2010, so no rent can be shown to the judge from june 2009 to june 2010 (12months prior).

I have the appeal hearing hopfully january 2011. Will the count dismiss my claim due to not paying rent within the 6months from when i applied (jun 09-Dec09). Or will the judge accept that im paying rent now and living here and accept it.

Also i have utility bills under my name for the last 2 years Gas/Elec. + Molibe phone bills and telephone bills under my name.

Can anyone help PLEASE?
