Boot Menu and Bios user password permission and Hdd/ssd password permission is all Disabled

Can't go online.Received a Toshiba satelllite C55 A5300 laptop and don't know the password to log on,please tell me how to fix this issue.When I turn it on, it goes to log on with password, which I don't have and need help with what to do.Thanks

When try to create DVD from MP4 files, only to find can't burn MP4 to DVD? Though successfully burnt MP4 video to DVD disc, only to find can't play the created MP4 DVD files on DVD player? So what brought this on? How to solve these issues and successfully burn and play..burned mp4 plays on my computer but when i put in my dvd player says disc error,please help solve,do i need to convert to mpeg2 or what> thanks 10 points automatically

Hello all,

I am trying to make a DVD (as i have done countless times before) with DVD flick and have downloaded a video in MP4 720P and when i try to add it to DVD flick it says it has no usable video track and will not be added.

Why is this?? I can watch it fine, so obviously there is a video track.

Why does DVD flick not think so?
