I am 19 years old and will be 20 in this November. But I am just 153 cm tall. I want to be about 160 cm. I did not do any exercise and my stomach is not really good for me to drink milk. I have taken calcium but It seems like did not work at all. I just wonder that I should take any hormones. Is it help? and are there any side effects?. Can I get that script from the doctor?.

I am an international student. I want to study pharmacy technician ( before that I've already learnt pharmacy assistant. I know that if I want to be a pharmacy technician I need to learn a lot of ingredients, answer the phones, explain for the customers.............

But when I was a pharmacy assistant I could not answer the phone well, I sometimes did not understand what they were talking about or they did not understand me and they were getting angry and wanted to talk to someone else. I felt really bad.

Now I want to be a pharmacy technician but I heard from some people that Pharmacy technicians need to answer the phone and talk to the customer a lots . So I do not really feel enough confident.

If someone has the experience with this problem, please give me some advice. Especially, anyone is the pharmacists or technicians, please let me know type of phone call you guys often have, how you deal with it and some easy ways to explain for a customer to understand me!!!!

I have a dream, I want to become a pharmacist, but I have not worked hard enough for my dream. I know it is really hard, a lot of things to study, heaps of homework to complete... Now I am feeling scary, not only because I am an international student ( with a really bad English) but also I am afraid to serve my customers.(I am just pharmacy assistant (trainee), I can not find customer name, take the order, nearly I can not do anything well)

In fact, I am really lazy. I just want to know, what can make me feel more and more confident about myself and my dream come true ????
