Plz help!! My computer can not shut down.?
I have an acer 4315 using windows xp, I used Acronis Disk director suite 10 to create a new partition to install windows vista, when acronis asked me to restart, my laptop hanged at the "windows is shutting down" screen, and I have to push the power button.
Since then, whenever I want to shut down, my computer hangs at the "windows is shutting down" screen and I have to push the power button manually, it can not log off, hlbernate also.
But I can shut down properly in windows vista and safe mode of windows xp. It's very uncomfortable because after playing games I always forget to push the button to shut it off and leave my computer hang all night long.
Any help would be very appreciated, thanks!!
