Has anyone tried Dermatend Mole Removal?

I havnt tried it, how does it remove it, like cut off or lasered. I think that is pretty expensive aswell, if it concerns you that much hospitals or cosmetic surgerys will remove them for a price not too expensive. I had a friend that had one removed i think he had nip and slice technique it looks good what they done but if you look closely there is a small scarring.
