What would you do when the girl always look at you but never talk to you.(You're girl too)?

I'm vietnamese!So i'm so different with American or Spanish!And that's why i'm so cunfusing!Cause my class mate,she is spanish,she always looks at me like she likes me or some thing like this.But i'm a girl too and i'm Bi.But she always be so cold and so mean to me.When i walk beside her,she always want to go away from me.When her friends walk with her,she always be so mean to me,And after that,if don't have any friends with her,she's just be so normal to me.She knew i'm gay.But i always think about her.What would i do to know that is she gay too?And is she loves me but just shy or don't want to telling?Cause in school,i don't have any friend.That's why people always treat me like a doll.I wonder does she just look at me because she's curious something about me?
