When is the movie "Fan Boys" coming out?

I asked the same question a month ago and this is the response I got.

It never hit theaters actually. The film has been the subject of a bitter feud between the studio (The Weinstein Company) and the filmmakers over the final cut. As a result, the studio has refused to release the film theatrically, and a DVD date has not been announced.
