"Đúng là ở Việt Nam, các trung tâm Implant mọc lên như nấm sau mưa ấy bạn ạ, đặc biệt là ở thành phố HCM. Mình cũng bị mất răng trong và dự định làm Implant. I just had the implant and bridge done at Nha Khoa Nhan Tam. I am 90% satisfied with the work done at the above clinic. There are rooms for improvement though.

1) First Dr. Nhan is extremely professional. He sat with me and discussed the options and his recommendations after careful reviewed of my particular problem. His assistant then plans all the details and takes into consideration of the timing that I have. Please note that he only performs the implant. Other staff members are taking care of lesser serious issues such as crowns, root canals. The surgery room is modern and achieves the excellent standards.

2) I would suggest that his staff members should introduce themselves and summarize the work to be performed. It would give patients more confidence that he posted the diplomas of all his staffs who will be performing dental procedures. They should be clearly carry tags to identify their roles. I did not know who is dentist and who is assistant. Besides, other assistants should concentrate to the work at hand and should not talk to each other about personal matters while performing their tasks.

3) All tools and equipment should only be opened with the patients present. This will give patients more confidence in their sterilization tools and equipment. When I got to the chair, all tools are there already and I am not so sure where they come from and how clean they are.

4) There is a cleanliness of the office is good (8/10). I saw some stains on some of the cabinets. Cleaning of these areas should be done immediately by either the cleaning person or the assistant right after the work is done. The minor thing that I do not like is that they ask patients to remove shoes and use the provided sandals. This may be OK with the Vietnamese but for overseas travelers, it is a little bothersome. The cleaner needs to constantly clean the facility throughout the day rather than asking customers to remove their shoes.

5) They understand our needs and provide documents in English so that patients can seek re-imbursements back home. However, they provided me with 3 CDs which contain all images (X-rays and CT scans and something else which I do not have time to review). The drawback is that I have to run the software to view images. He should provide images in pdf form, making it more convenience to patients to submit to other dentists overseas for following up if needed.

In general, I feel Nha Khoa Nhan Tam achieves what I expected in term of the medical expertise, friendliness of staff members.

cũng ok lắm nhưng phải yêu cầu bs Nhân trực tiếp điều trị, ở nhà minh toàn làm ở đó.
