its not an action replay its the other one that has like mario kart and all that. u can also plug it into your comp and download games. if you can say where is a site i can download some for free.

You're going to have to actually BUY the flash cart. The best one out there so far is R4DS SDHC, capable of storing up to 16gb worth of games/music/pictures/movies. It goes for about $30~. Once you have it, you can download your DS games off a site such as ds-scene.net or romulation.net.
