I can't open it cos of the message "..is unable to run because your video cards drivers did not install properly, are out of order, or are an supported hard ware. Please make sure you have the lastest video card drivers and even if you dont have the lastest, try reinstalling them"
I did use the driver of "VGA Driver 2D/3D Graphic & Video Accelerator" is that right? But it was not accepted. So what can I do?

if it was not accepted then it is obviously not right.
Check what video card you have, and then go get the latest drivers for it from the manufacturers website.
Bare in mind SL requires a reasonably hefty graphics card, if its an integrated chip set them most likely it won't run SL very well if at all.
