Do you feel bad for Heyward-Bey and McFadden?

Question

going to Oakland has really hurt McFadden. their O-Line and QB are not helping them at all, and neither is their coaches and owner.
Fabian Washington left Oakland and is playing well with B-more, will the same thing happen with McFadden and/or Heyward-Bey?

I actually do feel sorry for these two because you can't choose who drafts you. It's a double edged sword because the Raiders are awful as hell, but when you're drafted you have to stand up there and smile, otherwise people will view you as a jerk until you win the Super Bowl.

The Raiders and Al Davis are starting to remind me of that woman who owned the Cleveland Indians in that movie Major League who is trying to get the team to lose so that she can move the team out of the city.  

But where would the Raiders go? 

McFadden I do feel sorry for because I really had hope he'd be a stud in the NFL.

Both guys were picked way too high. McFadden has great straight line speed but he's not agile and can't break any tackles. Only Al Davis would have drafted him with a top 5 pick. Of course, Heyward-Bey again has great straight line speed but can't catch.

What a waste of talent. Seriously though, what the hell is up with Al Davis???
No desire to win.
Oh how I wish I could be the owner and completely clean house. Coaches, GM's, Overpaid players (coughJamarcusRussellcough), and just completely rebuild that mess they call a "team." Because I actually do like the Raiders, its just that they are complete garbage!!!
