    Cut Taxes !

    Bush Tax cuts of 2001 and 2003

    http://www.usgovernmentrevenue.com/#usgs302a

    http://data.bls.gov/PDQ/servlet/SurveyOutputServle...

    RESULTS:

    INCOME TAX REVENUE BY YEAR: ( In Billions)

    2003 = 925

    2004 = 998

    2005 = 1,206

    2006 = 1,398

    2007 = 1,534

    WOW.. Now isn't that Interesting.. How could revenue go UP, when taxes go DOWN ????

    ANSWER:

    Unemployment rates during same period: ( Going DOWN each year)

    2003 = 5.7 to 6.3 %

    2004 = 5.4 to 5.7 %

    2005 = 4.8 to 5.4%

    2006 = 4.4 to 4.8%

    Because President Bush CREATED JOBS, that INCREASED the TAX BASE

    And he did it with TAX CUTS !!!!!

    Stop outsourcing jobs. When you outsource jobs to other countries because it's cheaper, you're basically outsourcing cash that's injected into your economy.

    People have to realize that the pay of the average person and the economy of the country go hand in hand. When you take all the good jobs and move them out of the country then people in the states don't make as much money and there's fewer people willing or able to buy your product.

    Stop importing so much and start manufacturing again. The manufacturing sector in the states has been slashed and burned to near non existance, favoring instead a high import economy.

    Problems arrise when you're importing LOTS but you aren't exporting. Basically America is buying from other countries but not making money by exporting near as much as they were. This will only lead to devaluation of the currency and inflation hitting the common people. You can see this with how high the American debt clock has gotten.

    Until America starts manufacturing so they can start making REAL money instead of just printing money out of thin air like they've been doing, America's economy is boned. We're seeing it's death throws now. And while things are going alright at this very moment, rest assured, another crash is on it's way unless this changes.

    Cut spending, and keep taxes fair.

    To the first poster, in a recession this bad with this massive increase in spending -- tax cuts would only contribute to our deficit.

    That's exactly what happened under Bush after the bubble busted. No one is denying the fact that tax cuts are very effective at stimulating the economy, most economics are just saying that tax cuts GENERALLY are most effective when the government ISN'T spending. So there is a surplus of money that the government can give back freely, with out adding to the deficit -- however if the government is spending much like it is now than it just ADDS to the deficit.

    Also bear in mind the many many crisis we are in right now, people are more likely to pay off credit card debts and mortgages, and whatnot before actually consuming with it.

    Lastly, Tax cuts DON'T SOLVE EVERYTHING.

    (Các) Nguồn: Just more proof that tax cuts don't always work look at the Clinton administration. We had a booming economy and he had higher taxes than the previous presidents, he left office with a surplus of money and our economy was at it's strongest in years.

    Cut corporate taxes while closing the loopholes for them as well. Increase the Taxes of the companies that then continue to outsource jobs. Get the banks to lend money out to small businesses.

    ...First: Follow the Constitution (as written). Government is phucking up the American Entrepreneurial spirit !

    ...Second: Cut Tax's and balance the Budget...STOP the INSANE SPENDING on all this CRAP !

    (We are acting like "Wiley Coyote" trying to catch the Roadrunner ! America needs Governmental intervention about as much as Custer needed another Indian !)

    Extend the Bush tax cuts, dump the health care bill, and dump Cap and Tax. Well, that's three but you get the idea. Until you create an atmosphere more friendly to business, you will have no growth.

    Get the Can’t do corporate pandering congress out of our house and senate

    Rescind tax cuts for corporations and the most well to do in our country, stop deregulation, privatization, downsizing, globalization, outsourcing, self-regulating, getting government out of the business of business, “trickle down and supply side economics”, tax havens and break after break and war after war after war, bailout after bailout, less and less local control of taxes, fewer and fewer and fewer controlling more and more and more becoming greedier and greedier $$$money$$$ equaling free speech and buying legislators and legislation, courts giving corporations and media the green light to lie and now to torture and take away our rights. Stop the credit card government started 30 years ago.

    The federal government should: 1. Cut taxes permanently across the board. 2. Get out of the way.

    quit spending. No company is going to expand and hire more people with the threat of a HUGE health care "bill" and higher taxes looming over their heads. If anything they are going to hunker down and start down sizing to save money.

    Obama should quit printing money that he can't back up. the more unbacked money he prints the lower the value of the dollar goes, driving up inflation.

    1 - Elect a new president, socialism is not the answer.

    2 - Lower taxes for large corporations since they are the ones that create employment and that would encourage them to do business over here instead of taking their business and JOBS to other countries with lower taxes.
