Can I be considered to be a multilingual?

My native language is Vietnamese. i'm specialized in English. i have a considerable proportion of French too. also, i can read most of the texts in Spanish. so can anybody tell me whether i am multilingual or not?

you could definetly say your multilimgual but its better to be fluent before you say you are reading spanich isnt considered lingual tho unless you can understand it and fully speakit and french well thats definetly good but you have to study more so you can be fully know the language you could say you are bi lingual and know some french, if you can have a full conversation in spanish then you could say some spanish as well
