Looking for manufacturers of filtered cigars?

Please try to help as best as you can without suggesting that “cigars or cigarettes are bad for you” or any ignorant comments as this is a serious question that I can’t find an answer for. Serious answers are greatly appreciated!

I’ve been interested in selling filtered cigars for a long time now. I have the connections for the sales, I have the financial backing to make it happen, I have the marketing in place and branding, and I understand the tobacco and tax laws around cigarettes vs. filtered cigars in their weight and tax stamps. I know enough in the industry to create a HUGE product, the problem is that there is no information on the web about wholesale suppliers for filtered cigars or who makes these products for small companies!

To give you an example. Check out “Primetime” filtered cigars:

This company buys the filtered cigars from somebody, then they pack them in their own Primetime cigar boxes and sell them on a wholesale level. You can have the same filtered cigar (from wherever this mysterious place may be) and pack them with boxes of whatever name you like but I can’t find who manufacturers filtered cigars for small companies? My question is, would anyone happen to know where I can find manufacturers of filtered cigars? Obviously the companies selling their products are not going to disclose where they buy their stuff from (why would they want to help their competition?) but the filtered cigar tobacco is so cheap and I can’t find who supplies this stuff? Whether it’s the tobacco, or it’s the whole filtered cigar already made and ready to ship, can anyone help point me in the right direction?

I didn't try to single out Primetime, there are other manufacturers of filtered cigars; Cheyenne, Buffalo, Sante Fe, etc... but any help is appreciated. Again, I don’t need to hear that cigars or cigarettes kill people or any trolling of the such. This is a serious question that I'll act on immediately with the right answers.
