Restoration ritual spell skyrim?

lol, when I play skyrim I can't seem to get away from Collette and her annoying "Restoration is a perfectly valid school of magic" line. I usually find her in her room in the hall of countenance, but I am not as far along in the mage's questline as you are, apparently. I haven't done "the eye of magnus" quest yet, although I did retrieve the eye from saarthal. My suggestion would be to go to her room in the college and use the wait function to wait there until the middle of the night, when she should come back to go to sleep. Have you done that yet? If you have, she may have died... I know in my game a number of marriageable and quest npcs have died due to dragon attacks. But Collette has not died in my game, so I don't know if she can die. I feel for you, because I know how annoying it is to not be able to find an npc you need. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

i don't think she can die because she is necessary to do this little quest.check this site,go to the quest and scroll down the page to see if there is any thing under bugs to see if there is a fix.i have gone to the college a few times and couldn't find different people but i come back latter and they are there.there are a few of the mages from the college that go to the inn in winterhold so check there also.hope this helps.http://www.uesp.net/wiki/skyrim:skyrim
