asked about the lottery software?

hello everybody!

I live at vietnam, first i say that my english not good.

Now, my country have a game lottery.

how play as follows: there are two round spheres , each sphere will have ten balls with numbers from zero to nine. Turned simultaneously two round spheres to falling balls in the sphere holes ( the round sphere A have ball X, the round sphere B have ball Y). They join two balls back (XY) into a lottery results.

As a result, lottery results of the form are: 00, 99, 00, 00, 12, 88, 89, 01, 03, 55, 77, 77, 37, 24. (Fourteen awards)

The player will win if the ticket number that coincides with one of fourteen awards above.

If a ticket has the same number multiple times (eg on the number 00), the rewards are higher.

If the ticket number is identical to the last number of awards (eg on the number 24) is called a special prize winners, many times higher value

I have searched google a lot of software guesses the result of foreign lottery, but can not be applied to predict the outcome of the lottery me because of following reasons:

+ My english level is limited so do not know all the software to predict the foreign lottery.

+ I just found that software lottery numbers forecast only from the number 00 or 01 to 60 (of us, the number is from 00 to 99).

+ I just find that software lottery numbers predicted no overlap or if the same number, only two numbers (ours, may be some overlap of 3 as the above example is number 00, or can more).

glass so I hope you recommend me a program to predict the lottery for free with the following contents:

+ Added numbers from 00 to 99 (00,01, 99,02,33, 55, .....)

+ The number can be added to identical (00, 00, 89, 89, 01, ...)

+ Predicting the outcome if the numbers.
