Somebody please help me! problem with my micro sd card formating.?

My 4Gb Micro SD card still work fine until I formatted it with Panasonic sd formating software v2.0. I can't access it anymore PC nor Phone. the computer show the Card reader Icon but no memory card recognized. and the software itself won't either. what should i do now. please help!!!

Please Notice that My computer doesn't recognize the card, It show an "removable disk" icon but in Properties show 0 byte.

When I First format the card with Panasonic sd fornating software. I chose Format type: Full (Overwrite) and format size adjustment: ON. I think it's completely wideout everything in the card.

I know this by experience but i'm not sure if this the problem for you, but anyway please try it, when you insert your 'micro sd card/micro memory card' into that hole made for it, remember to push it a little more til you can't push the micro card any further because it has really touched a small wall or something. You can insert it again to make sure.
I tried it and it worked for me, i guess the micro card became a little loose when my phone dropped on the floor.
