If you can try to avoid any buying from online stores located solely in the US , buy from a canadian online site. You will avoid brokerage fees, taxes if outside your province minus the fed tax (GST)
Best thing drive across border to shop!...... actually the best thing is to buy on eBay you get NO TAX,
NO brokerage and provided the shipping cost charged to you is low, IT IS THE BEST WAY TO SHOP I have found 9 times out of 10 it is cheaper to buy through eBay.then any other method....as long as they ship USPS and declare it as a GIFT which they will most likely do, you will get a huge savings compared to FootLocker.

Footlocker is reliable.
In addition to the sales prices plus shipping, duty may apply. It all depends on where the shoes were made. You can look up duty rates here: http://betterdollar.com./ If duty applies, then you will also have to pay provincial sales tax, and an administrative fee to the shipper ($8 to $20) to compensate them for clearing customs.
You can avoid any possible duty by ordering from the Canadian site (www.footlocker.ca).
