Can somebody help me with my hardware acceleration problem?

When i play a video and i want to capture the image, normally, i press the Print Screen button. However, for some reasons, now, when I play the video and press Print Screen and paste the image to paint, photoshop,... that image shows my video: i play that video and switch to paint, photoshop,... that image shows me my video playing, just like a video player. I turn off the hardware acceleration and i can capture the image normally, but the image quality gets worse, so worse that i have to turn it on again. So please help me. Thanks :)
