Can you help me about English structure ?

If you are asking which of the sentences is true, or which ones mean the same as the first one....

Your sentence is "Be patient or you won't be successful."

Then you have three other sentences. The first and second transformed sentences mean the same thing as your sentence. The last one, "If you are patient, you will be successful" doesn't mean the same thing and certainly is not true. It is not true that you will be successful if you are patient. Many patient people are not successful.

The other sentences simply caution you to be patient because you need it if you do want to be successful, implying that there are other things that you also need to be successful. Patience is not the only thing.

Although one statement is positive and the other is negative you have formulated to different ways to say the same thing

If you are impatient , you won' t succeed

you just took three different roads to arrive at the same destination. They all work.

It would be easier to make a Venn diagram.

Then use language to describe what you see.
