some movie about thieves...?

1. (modern time) 2 man from rural go to city and make friend, they become thieves & robbers.one of them have 500$ and they learn "unlock". they found a lame-thief. they seen a clip about a house, one of they thing it have 10.000$. They action, they just found 1.500$ and pay 3000$ for tools. they gives up. In the-end, they stand of road and give all money to man-with-dog. say him go back to .....(i dont remember)

2. (17th->19th century) 2 thieves (like robin hood) they take The riche's money, gold... give to poor. and they was a girl discovered the identity, they or one of them fall in love her. and then she joins with them.
