Is there a shuttle from Travis AFB to Stockton airport? Or is there parking at Stockton airport?

I've been searching online and haven't found any airport parking rates. Haven't had much luck finding a shuttle either.
Can you share a link? I can't see anything about parking rates anywhere.
I'm using Allegiant because i like $45 to Las Vegas =)

Per the Stockton Airport website, there is a $7 rate per day.
It looks like the only place you can fly from Stockton is Las Vegas on Allegiant Air. If this is what you are doing, I didn't see any great deal doing this. Flying from Oakland on Southwest had some less expensive rates for the dates that I selected...
Oakland would be much easier to fly with and you don't have to deal with Allegiant's crazy schedule.
