I think i'm better than most of the people I know, is that bad?

There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. I myself am a narsissist and I look down and judge most of the people who ask questions on this site. Our grandoise self view allows us great confidence in many situations, and allows us to seperate the strong from the weak. Chances are, you are better than most people (as am I), and its our job to make it known to the world so everybody else steps it up. And if you arnt better than everyone, you'll crash and burn after awhile and get caught up in a storm of self pitty. But, no. Perfectly fine mindset.

It kinda is, but you're probably young and a lot of teenagers seem to feel this way. What is exactly that makes you think you are better than everyone else?

It is wrong. You shouldn't look down upon people who have lesser jobs or a lesser education because many of them still work hard and they are useful and contribute to society.
