First you need to multiply everything by 100 to convert the divisor (is that the right word? It's .77).

The first thing to do is move the decimal point an equal number of places in both so you are dividing by a whole number:

Now just do long division. 77 goes into 477 evenly 6 times. Be sure to line up the decimal point in the answer:
