which women can you marry in the skyrim dlc?

If by "Skyrim DLC" you mean Hearthfire, Dragonborn and Dawnguard, the answer is that you can marry Rayya, the Redguard housecarl added by Hearthfire for Lakeview Manor, and in the Dragonborn DLC you can marry Hilund (assuming you help the Nords at Bujold’s Retreat) and Morwen in the Skaal Village. So far as I know, Dawnguard does not add any spouses.

First off: Marriage is in the core game not the DLC. Going to Google and typing in "which women can you marry in skyrim" gets you a nice group of results that if you the answer you are looking for
