what should I lie about my work experience in my resume?

I am almost 20. For some reasons, I have never had any jobs, but I am trying to be hired in retail jobs in places like Tim Horton, Starbucks, McDonald, Walmart or ext. I applied to many of them but I have never received any calls for interview.

I am a Canadian citizen myself but I have been in Canada for about 5 years. I have some volunteer experience but I am not sure whether they are enough or not

what do you guys think? should I lie to some extent about my work experience?
