Does God bless people who love Him but are not Christians or Catholics?

God loves all His creation. That includes you.

Rain falls on the just and the unjust alike.

Also God Loves you, not a church. There are things a church are good for (accountability, corporate worship, large-scale good, etc), and God knows we excel in these groups.

Why would God withhold blessings from people in most need of it?

how can you love God when you don't know what love is....God teaches us to love the way it was meant to be, not the way the world says it should be. That being said God blesses who he chooses to bless.

The more you love him and want to follow Him with all your heart, the more you will be willing to go wherever He leads. He will always be willing to bless you, but ultimately He will lead you to His Son Jesus the Messiah
