Do you judge a book by its cover sometimes? Has it happened to you?

I wear fingerless gloves. Sraners think I'm homeless. Just today while waiting for the bbus n employee at the grocery store gave me a free chocolate and spoke to me like I was some lost puppy. One minute later another employee asks me if I'm okay and offers to buy me a sandwich. Neither of them noticed or figured out that I was wearing about $800 of athletic clothing, just because I was wearing mismatching cycling gloves and an overgrown scruff

It's happened to me before. I'm used to it.. Has it happened to you?

I hope you didn't take advantage of them by accepting their money to buy you a bar of chocolate and a sandwich that you could have afforded yourself. That would say a lot about you.
