My gaming laptop is hot?

So i have a dell g5 gaming laptop while gaming the temp has gone up to at least 86 Celsius, recently i did have sent in to dell who replaced the fan and thermal paste but it still gets hot. I have a cooling fan under it at all times and have it elevated for air flow, i am new to gaming with laptops not sure if i should be worried.

Yes you should be worried. the high temperature can damage your Laptop. Speak to your customer care and address your problem. Its serious
