Removing cell borders in Excel?

Question

I'm using Excel to quickly make graphics, but I have a problem. The default gray lines that border the cells get in my way. I can't merge the cells because there's different stuff in each column, so that's out.

Is there any way to make those bars either transparent or remove them completely? It's those gray bars that give Excel that grid look. I'm on Excel 2000.

You should be able to go to:

Tools > Options  and select the View tab.

Remove the check mark from 'Gridlines' in the Window Options section at the bottom.

Click 'OK'.

Create New Sheet = ALT+SHIFT+F1 Rename Sheet= Alt+o then h r Delete Sheet= Alt+e then L Delete remark (cellular)= Del Insert cellular border = Ctrl+Shift+& get rid of cellular border (define) = Ctrl+Shift+_ (underscore) that's written by pankaj kumar(03071994)
