My brother got a job at a place baking stuff over night.he was trained in one location then moved to another.About 2 weeks ago ,about a week into working in the new location, the guy he was working with started yelling at him because he did something they way it was done at the other place.The guy was like how stupid are you when are you going to get it right.So the guy grabbed him by the shirt and dragged him out side and keep yelling.My brother says he did yell back but the guy keep trying to get my brother to hit him.which he didn't.All this happened in front of a manger who did nothing.My brother called a different manger who told him to go home.the next day she called and said she hoped they could handle this with out getting anyone involved.They moved him back to the other store..And keep the other guy at the other one and said they gave him a finale warning.then this week the tried cutting his a hours and when he complained they said don't bother trying to get a lawyer that one wouldn't help.that no one would corroborate what he said and that the cameras where pointing the other way.after saying this the gave him his regular hours.the next day the switch one day and took the other away.then when he went in tonight the fired him.Should he get a lawyer and try for wrongful termination and dangerous work place seen as how the keep the other guy? plus shouldn't assaulting another employ be automatic grounds for dismissal?

About a year and a half ago windows media player stopped working on my computer. I have tried just about everything I can find and think of and nothing has worked.I have defraged my computer ,scaned the file with spybot and malware.You can not uninstall it but you can turn windows features on and off which I have done multiple times. I can not update it because you need to open windows media player.You can not install older versions.I can not even find out what version I have because it will not open at all.I can not do a Repair Install or Clean reinstall because I do not have a Windows 7 installation disc.Does anyone know anything else I could try to get it working?

Yesterday I tried to open Windows Media Player and it would not open. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, tried updating it to Windows Media Player 12 but it said it will not work on my system.Does anyone know what the problem might be and how to fix it?

I want to make sugar cookies but only have spread and I have looked it up and it says spread is not good for baking because it has a low amount of oil in it.I was wondering is it okay to use it or maybe half spread and half veg oil or just veg oil.Any suggestions on what would be best?

I can not remember the name of a movie I watched around 15 years ago.It was about a teenage boy and girl. I think the boy and his family move in to a new apartment. There is a girl who lives down stairs and she is emotionally traumatized.I think she is Jewish and saw her father being killed. She doesn't talk and tears up paper all the time.The boy try's to befriend her and starts getting through to her but then some thing happens and she relapses.I think the end is him visiting her at a institution.Does anyone know what the name of this movie is?

Its an older movie from around the late 80's to the early 90's.There this high school girl and she writes on her school's paper and the teacher in charge gives some guy a better piece or something.The girl knows shes better and to prove it pretends to be a guy so she can write a story about it and enter some contest or something.Then it goes all typical story where she falls for a guy who thinks shes a guy and is friends with her/him.there's a prom and a happy ending.Someone please help? its driving me crazy because I should be able to remember this. There was this game I remember playing online around ten years ago.It was suppose to be a learning type game about animals.In it you played as different animals the first level you start as a bird.To finish the level you had to build a nest, find a mate ,lay eggs, hatch eggs, feed the babies and make sure nothing happens to them.like if you leave to find food a snake can come and eat the babies. you finish the level after completing all the requirements.Then the next level is a harder animal and so on. Does anyone know what this was and if it is still around?

I'm trying to remember a firefly fanfic that I read.The thing is that I remember a part of it where Inara had twins rate before she became a companion.she was not aloud to keep them and the stayed with there father.For some reason she ended up with them and one of them was a reader like River.I also believe one was a girl and one a boy but I can't remember what the rest of the story was about.Does anyone know what story this was part of?

This book is about a girl she lived with her parents a sister in the city.Something happens and her sister dies.Her and her parents move to the country.shes really in to photography and I think her parents build her a dark room.She becomes friends with a neighbor couple.The couple are expecting a baby and plan to have a natural home birth and I think ask her to take pictures of it.One day the guy shows her where they plan to bury the baby should it die during birth and she kind of freaks because she still not over her sisters death.I don't remember what the rest is about and I think the name may have had the word sister in it. does anyone know the name of this book?

I asked on here before but didn't get any reply's.The book tells two story that are intertwined.The part that is in the past is about a girl who I think was a gypsy.For some reason she goes to stay with a family who may have been British or Irish or something along those lines. I remember there was a part where she has her period and the son was around her and something about her people not letting the girls on there period around the men ,something about it cursing or tainting them.Her and the son fall for each other and sleep together and she gets pregnant.When she goes back to her people and they find she been with some ,and she already betrothed to someone, the plan to kill her.

The guy she was with I think kills or takes the blame for the death of the person the girl is betrothed to and goes to jail.her people curse her and her descendents.She goes back to the family and has her baby I think it was a boy.she also has a cat that never had a litter till she got pregnant.I think the girl disappears after having the baby and come back with the cat sometime later.

then the part that takes place in the present is about her descendents.there was a woman and two guys.I'm less clear about what that part is about.what i can remember is something about the guys mother i think left when they wore young and she had the girl.ether they found her or she found them and the guys start falling for her and she starts falling for one of them.I think the one she falls for ain't really her brother he had a different mother then his brother but didn't know or something. but the falling for the sibling is suppose to be the curse.I think the name had eyes in the title,something like gypsy eyes or cat eyes ,I've tried looking for those names but can't find anything like what i'm looking for.I thought it may have been a V.C. Andrews story but i looked and none of them sound like this. does anyone know the name of this book?
